Change the reference frame of a tensor

Warning

this function has a meaning only if the third axis of both frames is the same

Parameters:

• tensor (2x2 array) - tensor

• frame1 (Frame) - frame in which the tensor is currently expressed

• frame2 (Frame) - frame in which the tensor will be expressed
